Although sprinkle is the only choice in Bangkok for 5 gallon water delivery, it’s a great one. Their customer service has consistently been incredibly nice to me. I forgot to put my empty water bottles outside so they weren’t able to replace them with new bottles. then I called Sprinke and asked if they could come back before the next scheduled delivery and they immediately came back the same day and replaced the water, even though it was my fault for forgetting.

Delivery every week to the door of my condominium upon my request, 2-4 bottles. Polite staff and always on time. Sprinkle operate an SMS system to notify their customers and also provides online support for any request. I lost five pcs of my coupons last year; after informing them, they issued five pcs and sent me instead of my fault. Thank you, Sprinkle.
