Receive your refund easily and conveniently

  1. The company will refund the bottle deposit, in accordance with the actual number of bottles and the deposit payment, after the member returns the bottles.
  2. The company reserves the right to deduct any outstanding service charges from the bottle deposit.
  3. To collect the payment for your bottle deposit:
    • The company can transfer the payment to the member’s bank according to the person’s name and mailing address specified in the Receipt of Bottle Deposit. However, the member must send the Original of the Bottle Deposit by registered mail to the company or leave it with the company’s delivery staff who are assigned to collect the bottles. Indicating the bank account number if a bank transfer is preferred. The company will deduct the transfer fee from your account at a rate required by each bank.
    • In person at M. Water Co., Ltd. 244/365 Vibhavadee-Rangsit Road, Soi 43, Kwaeng Sanambin, Khet Donmueng, Bangkok 10210. Tel. 02-712-7272. Please bring the Original of the Bottle Deposit and receive the cheque payment after 18 days.
    • In the case of a juristic person, by authorizing a person to receive the payment. Bring a Letter of Authorization, copies of the Identification Cards of both the authorizer and the authorized person, a copy of the business registration, along with the Original of the Bottle Deposit. In the case of an ordinary person, bring the Letter of Authorization, copies of the Identification Cards of both the authorizer and the authorized person, along with the Original of the Bottle Deposit.
  4. The company will refund the bottle deposit only in the name of the person specified in the Receipt of Bottle Deposit. If you want to change the name of the recipient, please bring a Letter of Authorization.
  5. If the member has lost the Original Bottle Deposit, this must be reported at a Police Station and a copy of the Police Report submitted to the company in order to receive the cheque payment for the bottle deposit refund.
